University of BC, Okanagan
The UBCO campus is where the Exhibitor Hall, Break-out Sessions, AGM, COPA Update and Awards luncheon will be taking place. The campus has several accommodation options that serve as student housing during the academic year. This is not a 5-star hotel, but there are many benefits to staying on campus during the off-season, including cost and proximity.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and an internet modem (Family Suite has wifi service). Please note there are no televisions or telephones in the individual rooms, unless otherwise specified. Laundry facilities are provided throughout residence buildings.

About the Four Points by Sheraton
The Four Points by Sheraton is located directly across the highway from YLW, and will be the location of the COPA National Board Meetings. There is a shuttle between the hotel and airport, and a number of shops within walking distance of the hotel including Starbucks and a liquor store. About the Ramada Hotel and Conference Centre
Part of the Wyndham Rewards group, the Ramada Hotel is conveniently located directly across from the regional shopping mall, Orchard Park. The Best Western Plus is located on the main highway, approximately 9 km from the airport. Enjoy a complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast, in-room bathrobes and slippers, free local phone calls, free wireless and hard wire internet and free newspapers to your door while staying with us. Tower View 'Under-the-Wing' Camping
For the first time ever (and perhaps the last!) under-the-wing camping will be available at the Kelowna International Airport aircraft parking fields.The campsite will be available to Delegates Only and will include portable washrooms, shower facilities, a camp-host centre, taxiway access from Runway 34 and a Shuttle Stop with access from Old Vernon Road will transport guests to our primary venues. There will be limited availability for drive-in trailers (adjacent to the parking area). The campsite will be subject to 24/7 security.

Ground Transportation Information
Shuttle vans will be running between the four primary venues (YLW Terminal, Tower View Compound, Four Points by Sheraton and UBCO EME Building) as noted on agenda.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS INCLUDE:
(a) Reserve your rental vehicle or use any of the public/private shuttle services available at the YLW terminal building. Go to https://ylw.kelowna.ca/passengers/transportation for further information. (b) Check with your hotel for their Airport shuttle service. You can travel between your hotel and YLW terminal on the hotel shuttle and then hop aboard our complimentary shuttle at the designated YLW terminal shuttle stop.
